Absolutely. The exam itself is available in Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Italian, and Haitian-Creole — simply inform the proctor upon arrival. Our study materials are available in English, Russian and Uzbek, so you can learn the law in your own language and drill the exam wording in English.
What can I earn as a NY Notary?

File your commission
After passing, apply online through NY Business Express (DOS-0033): sign in with a NY.gov ID, upload your completed and notarized Oath of Office, and pay the $60 application fee. Your pass notice is valid for two years. The Department of State issues the commission and records it with your county clerk.

A NY notary stamp runs $15–$40 and ships in 2–5 days. New York does not legally require a seal, but a stamp is the easiest way to add the name, “Notary Public State of New York”, county and commission-expiry line that Executive Law §137 requires beneath every signature. A journal is mandatory: since January 25, 2023 every NY notary must keep a record of each notarial act and retain it for at least 10 years (19 NYCRR 182.9).
